Farm Fresh Recipes — miso
This is another recipe recommended to us by a CSA member. They took the original recipe from “May all be fed” and recommended adding cheese, chickpeas, and more tahini sauce, as we have shown below. Enjoy, and feel free to adjust the veggies you use based on what you have in your fridge!
Tokyo Bekana is a wonderfully tender asian green that is actually a variety of chinese cabbage. It can be cooked, stir fried, or even put in soup, but in this recipe we enjoy this sweet and crisp veg in a miso slaw. This slaw is a great topping for a rice or grain bowl!
