None of us believed Jolianne when she threw Kohlrabi at us and told us we needed to make fries out of them. Nevertheless, she is at it again with this recipe. These are especially good in the air fryer!
2 t olive oil
½ t salt
½ t garlic powder
¼ t pepper
½ t chili powder
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel and slice the kohlrabi into thin fries. Toss with olive oil and seasonings and roast for 20-30 minutes, flipping once halfway. Cook until soft and golden.
Try to wait until they aren’t scalding your mouth before you eat the entire pan.
