    Handmade Wooden Fermentation Tamper: A wooden fermentation tamper is an essential tool for maintaining the integrity of the fermentation process. It offers a gentle and non-reactive means of compacting vegetables, ensuring a successful and flavourful outcome in your lacto-fermented creations. Ours are double ended, fitting in both narrow and wide mouthed jars, and are handmade in Montreal!

    Mason Jar Tough Tops: These durable lids have precision-engineered silicone gaskets ensuring a leak-proof and airtight seal. Great for storing liquid in glass jars without worries about spills or mess, and with no concerns about reactions between metal and higher acid foods. Available for either standard or wide mouth jars.

    Glass Fermentation Weights: Pickle Pebble Fermentation Weights ensure vegetables stay submerged under the liquid brine during the fermentation process to prevent mold spoilage. Only one Pickle Pebble is needed per ferment and can be used alone or in conjunction with ViscoDiscs! These handy weights also feature small finger grip grooves for easy removal. Available in sets of 4 or individually, and for either standard or wide mouth jars.
