Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad

This recipe for Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad comes to us from Désirée who works in the Farm Store. She absolutely loves tomatoes and has since childhood. This salad is nice and cooling on a hot day and can easily be made in smaller or larger quantities.

Creamy Cucumber Tomato Salad

2c Cherry Tomatoes
1 pound Cucumbers (2-3 cucumbers)
2-3 sprigs of Fresh Dill (sub chives, or spring onions)
1/2 c Sour Cream
1 T Lemon Juice
1 t Salt
A pinch of Black Pepper


Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut them into bite-size chunks and throw everything in a large bowl. Add finely chopped dill.

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the chopped veggies. Stir until all the vegetables are coated with the sour cream dressing.

Serve right away or keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
