3 apples cored & cut in bit size pieces
1 romaine lettuce head
2 green onions
Hand full of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup walnuts
2TBSP maple syrup
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup @theunrefinedolive expresso balsamic vinegar
5 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
3 TBSP maple syrup
2 chopped green onions
1 small garlic clove
Salt & pepper
1. Candy the walnuts. Add a little oil to coat your medium heat pan and heat the walnuts. When walnuts begin to toast add the maple syrup and stir as the water in the syrup evaporates. As the walnut begin to candy add cayenne. When walnuts are sticky take them off the heat and let cool. Chop to preferred bite size.
2. Dressing. Blend all ingredients together!
3. Rinse and chop romaine and add to bowl with feta and chopped apples. Drizzle dressing. Eat!
