The Farm Store might be closed for the season, but this year you can add some of your favourite Farm Fresh products to your Winter CSA! With the Winter CSA Add-on program you can order eggs, milk, baked goods, or meat to your CSA and pick them up at the Farm with your CSA. Easy peasy!

When you sign up for the Ottawa Farm Fresh Winter Abundance CSA you will receive a weekly CSA basket of hearty winter vegetables to keep you warm and cozy through until New Year.

We're getting ready for winter and we thought you might like to, too! Early Canadian farmers sure had to learn quickly how to survive the harsh winters and make their bountiful summer and fall harvests last. One way they kept food on the table was to learn to store their root vegetables 'just so' to prolong their goodness and flavor. That's exactly what we're doing at Ottawa Farm Fresh (on a bigger scale, of course!) and we thought you might like to know how to do it, too.
