Kids and families, come explore and groove together on a variety of percussion instruments! Making music together in a fun and natural environment is a beautiful way to build listening and non-verbal communication skills in a creative and respectful setting. Instruments are available on site, and you are welcome to bring your own instruments too.
Music Meditation Workshop for Adults - Saturday, August 7, 3pm-5pm
Set in the beauty of Nature, this music meditation workshop is an experience of mindfulness and sharing through the exploration of sounds and rhythms using a variety of percussion instruments such as drums, maracas, xylophones, bells, Tibetans bowls, and penta-drums.
Starting with breathing and listening awareness exercises, we gradually flow into a musical exchange freeing up positive energy and allowing for deep relaxation. Instruments are available on site, and you are welcome to bring your own instruments too.
No previous musical experience necessary. Come prepared to participate!
