    What is Kombucha?

    Kombucha is a fermented beverage that is produced by fermentation of sugared tea using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY), commonly called a mother. Known for its tart taste, it provides probiotics, antioxidants, B vitamins, and supports gut health.
