The Ottawa Farm Fresh Full Diet CSA is the easiest way for you to be part of and benefit from local food systems, all the while filling your life with the most delicious and vibrant food you’ve ever tasted! Just like with the veggie CSA, we curate a selection of the best local, organic food weekly and all you have to do is come and pick it up.

The Full Diet CSA does not include veggies, you'll need to sign up for our Summer Abundance Veg CSA separately to also fill your kitchen with the best organic veggies in the city!

How will the Full Diet CSA work?
Register
Choose your basket size, either an omnivore or vegetarian option, and the number of holiday weeks you would like. Before the CSA season begins you will be issued a unique code that you will use to checkout at the Farm every week.
Collect
Come to the Farm Store to pick up your Full Diet CSA basket and select your products following the posted suggestions. You can swap items out based on your own needs and tastes, just like in our regular veg CSA. The items listed above will change from week to week - some items will be included every/every other week, other lesser used items will be included less frequently through the season.
Check Out
At the checkout simply give your unique code and the value of your items will be deducted from your Full Diet CSA account.

CSA pick up: Thursday to Saturday, anytime during Farm Store opening hours. The 2023 opening hours are Thursdays 11am - 7pm, Friday 11am - 5pm & Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

Flexible Payment Options: Choose between paying in one installment, or three equal installments - the 1st installment paid upon registration followed by two subsequent payments on May 1 and August 1, 2023. A $20 admin charge applies to each installment payment. You will receive an invoice for each of the subsequent payments from admin@ottawafarmfresh.com with a link to enter your card information.
