Spinach - it's as green as a shamrock, but a whole lot tastier
It might still be snowy outside, but inside the greenhouse our overwintered spinach has sprung back to life.
This mix of red veined and green spinach was planted in October, harvested once for winter baskets in January, and is now super delicious from all the frost it got this winter.
Head to the online Farm Store to grab a bag (or two) of this delicious spring delight, but hurry, because it's a very limited quantity!
